Recruitment platform Cocoroco facilitates in making the best match by a convenient supply- and demand system. "When candidates sign up on the platform, they first complete their profile by filling out skills tests, language tests and their CV," Floor explains. "With a complete profile, applying is only a matter of minutes. Once they see an interesting job, all they have to do is write a motivation. Hiring managers then choose who to invite for an interview. The candidate who best fits the job often starts working within two weeks.”

Cocoroco gives organizations access to more than 10,000 carefully screened, multilingual customer service employees worldwide. The platform accelerates finding and hiring remote candidates. "Because posting is so easy and people from all over the world can respond superfast, the right candidate is found in no time," says Pippa Walluschnig, Head of Product at Cocoroco. "In fact, the record time between posting a job and hiring an employee is 1.5 day." Moreover, the international job market has been brought within the reach of people who previously had little access to it because of their location or background. "Offline, there are unfortunately big differences worldwide, but online everyone is basically equal," says Floor.

Process

Live within 6 weeks!

"Together with Freshheads we made our idea small, worked it out and tested the first rough designs among users,” says Pippa. “We incorporated the insights of those user tests in developing the platform. After 6 weeks, the first version of Cocoroco was live! Now that the platform is actually up and running and we are validating more and more features based on data, we see new opportunities for expanding the platform,” Pippa explains. “We are very grateful for the successful process through which Freshheads took us. You can really tell they are experts in this area.”
